Enrollment Process

Children must be three (3) years old by September 1 to be in our Juniors program. Children must be four (4) by September 1 to be in our Seniors program.

Registration
A completed registration form and a $50 non-refundable fee are required. After June 1, the registration fee is $60.

Tuition and Fees
Tuition is due the first of the month. There is a $5 late fee for any tuition payments made past the 10th of the month. If tuition is not paid by the 1st of the following month your child will not be able to continue in the program.

  • There is a reduction of $5 per child per month if more than one child from the same family is attending the preschool the same year.
  • Tuition is the same each month regardless of the number of school days within that month. There are nine months within the school year, September through May.

A tuition payment envelope will be sent with each monthly newsletter.

TUITION IS $140/MONTH. Class meets Tues/Wed/Thurs from 9 to 11:30 a.m. unless otherwise indicated. If a check is returned due to insufficient funds, there will be an additional $25 fee. If either the replacement check or a second check is also returned, a money order or cash will be required for tuition payment.

PARENTS/GUARDIANS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF TUITION.

Oregon School Immunization
It is required by the Health Department that preschoolers are up to date on their immunizations. The immunization form needs to be returned prior to your child attending class.

Yearly Calendar Overview
Our preschool classes follow the David Douglas School District (Portland, OR) calendar, with some exceptions. A schedule of vacations and days off will be handed out in September.
