Lead Pastor Tom Hiller -Pastor Tom was born into a family of pastors. He has lived in Oregon since 1983 and has been pastor at Gethsemane since 2007. Parish Administrator - A fixture in the office at Gethsemane for the last 13 years, Monday through Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Her hobbies are cooking, eating, walking, reading and pulling weeds in her triangular herb garden.

Minister of Children and Families Maureen-Elizabeth Hagen - grew up in upstate New York, the oldest of two children. After college she spent two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Morocco and a year studying at the Sorbonne before doing graduate work at Columbia University. She received a Masters in International Affairs/Middle East Studies and passed doctoral exams in International Relations.

In 2000 her community discerned a call to ordained ministry and she attended deacon school for three years. She was ordained the 18th of September 2004 and since then she has served in three churches, including St. Luke the Physician in Gresham (her current assignment). In January she began a doctor of ministry program at Church Divinity School of the Pacific in Berkeley, focusing on Ministry Development.
